Who says you can’t have your chips and eat them too? I say have, eat, and eat some more. These nutritious apple chips are so easy to make, and is great as snack, or for some late night snacking.
4-5 medium apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Before cooking: Preheat over to 225 degrees F.
1. Core the apples, and slice them as thinly as possible (I use a mandolin), and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
2. Grease a baking sheet, and add the apples.
3. Bake for 1 hour, then flip over and bake for 1 more hour. Transfer to a cooling rack, and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
